Siem Reap Scooter Rental Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our business operations. Please review the following guidelines regarding cancellations and modifications to your scooter rental reservation:
1. Cancellation Period:
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled rental start time will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled rental start time may result in a partial refund,subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one day’s rental fee.
2. Modification Requests:
• Changes to the rental duration, dates, or scooter model are subject to availability. We will make every
effort to accommodate modification requests but cannot guarantee availability.
3. No-shows:
• Failure to pick up the reserved scooter without prior cancellation notice will result in the forfeiture of the rental fee. No refund will be provided for no-shows.
4. Refund Process:
• Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that processing times may vary based on payment provider policies.
5. Extreme Circumstances:
• In case of unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or other emergencies, leading
to the cancellation of your reservation, we will review such cases on an individual basis and may offer a full or partial refund at our discretion.
6. How to Cancel or Modify:
• To cancel or modify your scooter rental reservation, please contact our customer service team via email or phone as soon as possible.
7. Additional Considerations:
• The cancellation policy is subject to change based on special promotions, peak seasons, or specific rental agreements. Please review the terms and conditions at the time of booking for any variations.
